A friend of mine uses the 'anchor' tab in the editor area and then his code looks like this:
http://www.mydomain.com/carpet-cleaning/#carpet-cleaning and this is how I do anchor text:
<a href="http://www.mydomain.com"/>Carpet Cleaning</a>
What is the difference and does it matter which one to use for SEO?
