Hey guys,

I posted a question here a while back directed to Chris and I haven't hear back from him.

Also, I've sent emails to UndergroundAffiliates (AdGrenade's affiliate program) and I haven't heard anything back from them.

I'm still getting emails from customers of AdGrenade who bought through my link asking where the support is.

Are any of you other affiliates experiencing a complete stop is affiliate sales?

I don't know if any other affiliates are experiencing the same thing but this is perplexing...
no answers, no support, no sales...being ignored?

So maybe Steve or Tim can jump in here and help us out. What's going on guys?

Cheers
George

Hey George,

There has been another post here concerning the same thing recently. I know Chris is still out there. I saw a new website that he recently created. I am not sure why he is ignoring his customers.

Hopefully there will be an explanation forthcoming very soon.

I just got an email from Chris about what's going on, and such.  I think it was sent to all AdGrenade subscribers.

Basically, he's busy right now, and working on some training videos and a new release of AdGrenade.  If you've bought AdGrenade, check your email.  Smiley

Hi.

I also got feedback to three support questions a entered two weeks ago.

So it looks like he's alive.... again :-)

That's the "problem" with all the products who only have one guy...

He's gone to ground again.  I've had to reinstall the s/w and need a new key (they expire in 14 days) - and he's just not responding.

It's coming to the point where I'm going to complain to 1Shoppingcart (his merchant) and asking for a refund and buying speedppc!

Sounds like he needs to add some support staff.

If you get stuck of course, hippoJaw wil do most of what AdGrenade does and it's included for free if you're a monthly subscribed member here.

Well doing a little digging I found lo and behold - Steve Clayton appear to be the "owner" of the 1Shoppingcart account that Chris is using.

So Steve - if you're listening - light a fire under Chris as you're not doing your reputation any good by association.

We are just the ordering process for Chris...and that's been tailing off a lot lately...

We have no ownership or control over Adgrenade

ooohhh, that got a quick response  Smiley

Well Steve, do you happen to have a physical phone number for him or some other way of getting hold of him?

This becoming urgent and frankly highly irritating and on Chris' part very unprofessional.

Thanks,

Rashid.

yeah...it's been a problem for us too...

send in a ticket to cblueprint.support@gmail.com and I'll get you his email....but...I think that's where his support tickets go...so your mileage may vary...

we haven't actively promoted Adgrenade in some time...we decided to have Phil join our company and so Hippojaw is our product.
