It is a real shame that Chris doesn't update his software/help videos any more. I have ad grenade and it seems like it is pretty good, and has sooooo much potential, but now that Chris apparently abondoned it, it is becoming less useful as time goes on, and certain aspects of the search engines change.

I just got this as part of an email from Matt Harward... First off... this isn't Chris. It's Matt, from SiteSniperPro. Chris is really busy working on some cool new stuff for AG and he asked me to send this to you. So... maybe Chris will be back? Not sure, but I know his current customer service is lacking...

Chris is really busy working on some cool new stuff for AG I am sorry, but if he isn't supporting the customer's that he already has why even bother with something new. I know why he will bother with it, $$$$$, but why should we? ? John Kitchens

I've dropped Ad Grenade from my toolset. I uninstalled it last week, and have no plans to go back. No support for a tool like this means I move on.

I agree Eric. It is unfortunate, but it is his loss.

It's really a shame that he isn't supporting the customers.
He really could do a lot more. Don't know if he's making so much money that he doesn't care. But in the long run, it never pays off to piss customers off.
Look at what Steve and Tim do.. they overdeliver every time. They are responsible in the forum and via email. So as soon as they have a new product, a lot of people will buy it, because of their credibility and the trust they get from people.

Hi. Chris replied to one of my emails three days ago. So he is still alive. I think the best way to reach him or to get support for AdGrenade is via: support@adgrenade.comHe promised to write an update here in the forum very soon. Dan

we haven't actively promoted Adgrenade in some time...we decided to have Phil join our company and so Hippojaw is our product.
So, just so this newbie can clarify - Adgrenade did what HippoJaw does (more or less) and is the recommended product now - correct? Thanks Rob
