Economy Hurting Site Sales?

I've been watching auctions on Flippa and it seems to me that good sites are only going for around 10 months of net profit. And these are GOOD sites making ranking and making sales.

Anyone else seeing this pattern or have experience with something that proves otherwise? Was thinking of cashing out for a new project but if I can't get 12-16 months them I'll just hold off for awhile.

Im trying to sell a site of mine and having a really hard time doing it for some reason. People just don't want to pony up the money.

Last year I sold two sites and they sold for asking price in a week...  I wish it were so this time.

When I looked on Sitepoint 2 years ago the quality of sites seemed to be better.

 I looked on Flippa a couple of times last week and to be honest more then half the sites seem to be garbage or just thrown together.

I honestly think more people are just holding on to there sites to expand there portfolios.
